This Act, which is composed of 19 articles, lays down rules on the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, rights and obligations of manufacturers, importers and distributors concerning the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical equipment and electronic equipment, and technical requirements for electrical and electronic equipment.
