Please refer to Article 4. Abstract The Act consists of 4 Articles and amends the following Acts:(1) Federal Nature Conservation Act;(2) Compensation Act;(3) Plant Protection Act. The Act provides for the protection of green corridors, parks, forest edges, rivers and streams with their banks, horticultural and agricultural economically used areas. The Act further provides to secure and promote biological diversity in the landscape framework plans, restricts the application of biocidal products, regulates the use of lands and pollination services.
