This Act entered into force on 27 May 2015.
Abstract

This Act lays down measures for the protection of animals used for scientific or educational purposes. It lays down: (1) rules of performing procedures and carrying out experiments, the operations of breeders, suppliers and users, and rules of inspections of breeders, suppliers and users; (2) conditions of keeping animals used for scientific or educational purposes and the treatment of these animals; (3) tasks and responsibilities of ethics committees for the animal experiments.
