The Act applies to all roofed buildings wand with walls exploiting energy for the regulation of indoor climate. It further enforces energy-marking of buildings which specify category of energy. The Ministry of Climate, Energy and Building Affairs may lay down rules on authorization to companies that deploy or install small renewable energy systems (small renewable energy plants), and therefater may publish a list of approved companies.
