Abstract Through this Act, the Minister of Agriculture may regulate the production and sale of seeds, potatoes and live plants. These regulations include: registration of production and sales, testing, authorization of naming a variety of agricultural and horticultural plant species, establishing an official list of recognized and approved plants, international trade, monitoring compliance with provisions set out after inspection and analysis of plants, administrative fees on costs incurred.
