Abstract This Act is composed of two Sections. Section 1 is composed of 15 articles and establishes provisions concerning creation of emergency stocks of oil and oil products and the management of these resources. The present Act lays down also obligations of entrepreneurs relating to mining, manufacturing, trade, storage and transportation of crude oil and oil products, measures in case of serious shortage of oil, rights and obligations of state administration. Section 2 lays down some amendments to the Act on the promotion of renewable energy sources and high efficiency cogeneration. These amendmendts relate to management of oil in case of serious shortage.
