Abstract The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Production or storage of biocomponents; (3) Agreements of delivery; (4) Production and marketing of liquid biocomponents; (5) Penaltes; (6) Amending, transitional and final provisions. The Act applies to the production, storage and marketing of biocomponents used for liquid fuels and liquid biofuels. It sets forth provisions concerning: the use of agricultural raw materials for biocomponents production; duties of units introducing biocomponents into turnover; quality requirements for biocomponents; monitoring and mandatory reserves of fuel.
