Abstract

The Act amends article 22 of the Outdoors Act No. 16 of 28 June 1957 - with regard to municipality's right to appeal in legal cases for the safeguard of public policy in outdoor recreations; and articles 34, 36 , 62 and 77 of Act No. 100 with regard to decisions on area delimitations and establishment of protected areas for private purpose activities.
