Abstract This Act regulates the access of the general public to official documents regarding environmental issues such as the state of water, air, soil, fauna, flora, land and natural sites; activities (including those which give rise to nuisances such as noise) or measures adversely affecting, or likely so to affect the environment; activities or measures designed to protect the environment, including administrative measures and environmental management programmes.
