Entry into force notes
First entry into force on 24 June 2003. The consolidated version of the Act entered into force on 25 September 2012.
Abstract

This Act publishes the text of the Convention and its appendixes and it delegates the Government to set regulations on international trade of wild animal and plant species, as well as parts and derivates thereof, with special regard to the authorization procedures, to the registration of imported and breeded animals or plants, to control and sanctions.
