The consolidated text of the Act, unified with implementing Decree No. 141 of 1995 (XI.30.) of the Government, entered into force on 1 July 2014. Abstract The Act is divided into nine parts and 75 articles. Mainly it provides rules regarding civil air transport. Article 43 contains provisions for the prevention of noise pollution, but standards are set out in separate regulations. Articles 66A and 66B provide for penalties for offenders and for noise pollution fee to be paid by aircraft operators.
