Abstract This Law establishes the Hungarian Veterinary Chamber which is a self-governing corporate body of veterinarians. It carries out public affairs and represents the interests of the profession. The Chamber has county-level and national branches. The Law regulates the operation of the Chamber, its duties, membership, the ethical liability of veterinarians, the supervision of legality, and management.
