The King may decide to include other substances in the application sphere of the Act. The substances to which the Act applies are defined in section 2. The production, importation or sale of these substances shall be under the control in accordance with further rules to be issued by the Government. For the purpose of control the Government may prohibit the production or importation of categories of products, including fertilizing substances mixed with plant protection substances, or products which do not comply with quality standards. Other provisions deal with labelling and marking, control authorities (not defined), charges and fees, and regulation making powers of the King.
