This Act enters into force on the date of publication.

Abstract

This Act amends articles 27, 33 and 34 of Act No. 5.197 on fauna protection. It consists of amending articles prohibiting hunting activity and the use of unauthorized fishing gear. It also prohibits the pollution of rivers originated by water discharge, pesticides, or by unauthorized activity. It specifies sanctions to be paid by offenders for polluting, hunting or fishing activities (including foreign fishing).
