Abstract

The Organization for the improvement of inland fisheries is abolished because its task can be carried out better by private organizations and, in relation with the abolishment of the organization, the system of sport fishing licences is revoked. The licensing of non-commercial fishing is now regulated by article 10 as replaced by this Act. The Act also amends the Fisheries Act of 1963 in relation with measures of administrative enforcement.
