Abstract This Act regulates the procedure to be followed for Environmental Impact Assessment: (a) the process of expert and public assessment of foreseeable environmental impacts including strategy doicumentation during preparation and prior to the approval and proposed activities before the decision; (b) the competence of state administration bodies and the competence of municipalities in the assessment of the impacts; (c) the rights and obligations of participants in the impact assessment process.
