Abstract Section 1 of this Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on plant protection and Section 3 to the Act on viniculture and winegrowing. In particular, the present Act establishes provisions on integrated protection of plants (art. 5 of the amended Act on plant protection), laboratory activities in the field of plant protection (art. 6a), aerial application of plant protection products (art. 52) and National Action Plan which provides quantitative objectives, targets, measures and timetables to reduce risks and impacts of products on human health and the environment to support the development and implementation of integrated protection of plants and of alternative approaches or techniques in order to reduce dependency on the use of preparations (art. 48a). The Act on viniculture and winegrowing is amended for provisions concerning wine of original certification (art. 23).
