The Act enters into force 2 months after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Act, which is composed of 15 articles, establishes that unsorted collective wastes, remains from sorting collective wastes and collective sewage wastes must be recycled or neutralized on the area of the province where they were produced. Recycling and neutralization must be performed in proper installations or in areas close to those where they were produced. The Act specifies exceptions in which unsorted collective wastes, remains from sorting collective wastes and collective sewage wastes
