Abstract This Act, which is composed of 96 articles, lays down some amendments and addenda to the Waters Act. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning special use of water (art. 108 of the amended Act), transfer of water rights (art. 121), obtaining a water permit (art. 125) and termination of a water permit (art. 135).
