The Act enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Act sets forth provisions on waste composting for purposes of waste prevention. Communities may, within their territories, implement waste composting systems so as to prevent waste generation. Treatment and composting of green remains must be run in such a manner that no harms are caused to the environment. The Act also lays down obligations concerning the biological process of biologically decomposed wastes.
