Abstract An Act to amend the Stockbreeding Act of 18 June 1997. The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry shall prohibit or reduce the slauthering of animal offspring in the case that stockbreeding is decreased. Exceptions are permitted in cases of disease or slow growth of animals (article 13(a) is added). Article 61, section 1 is added: if it is not in compliance with article 13(a).
