Abstract

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Act in its version of 14 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 971). In particular, it adds article 4a on directives by the competent authorities. Furthermore, the Act adds article 15d concerning the marketing of plant production products.
