Abstract This Act partly amends certain provisions in order to prevent patent infringement. In regard to penalties to anyone who intentionally or negligently commits patent infringement, in which case shall pay compensation to the injured party for the utilization and damages the infringement has caused. In regard to the Court which may claim and inter alia determine that a product which constitutes a patent infringement shall be withdrawn from the market, destroyed, surrendered to the injured party or changed in a specified manner. In regard to judgment order, where the Court may decide the publishing in full or in part. And the obligation to publish shall rest with the infringer, at his expense and in a prominent manner as reasonably required.
