The Act enters into force on 1 July 2005.
Abstract

The Act, which is composed of nine articles, establishes new provisions concerning the issue of licences for extraction from deposits and storage of substances and wastes without containers. The Act specifies types of wastes stored without containers (including underground mining headings) as well as requirements for such wastes concerning their location, exploitation, storage and monitoring.
