This Act entered into force on 18 October 2011.
Abstract

This Act lays down some amendments to the Forest Reproductive Material Act. In particular, the present Act amends obligations of suppliers of forest reproductive material (specified in ar. 23 of the amended Act). Furthermore, penalty provisions are established for 26 types of activities.
