The Act enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Act, which is composed of two articles, amends obligations of forest owners relating to forests maintenance and the continuity of their use. The Act establishes the obligation of reforestation in the period of five years from removal of trees.
