(New) defintions are given of "holder of fishing rights" and "fisheries bylaws". The bylaws are included in three agreements with Norway(1) and Sweden (1) on fishing in transboundary and boundary rivers. As for protection of fish resources in slected rivers of Lapland, this will be done by Government regulation as specified. Offences listed concern both marine and freshwater fisheries.
