Abstract

The amendments to provisions of the principal Act establish the right of citizens of one of the member states of the European Economic Community who are permanently residing in Finland to fish in the public waters of the sea and the Fisheries Zone. Furthermore the amendments concern a clarification regarding gear used for commercial fishing which shall be subject to separate regulation. (1 section)
