This Act enters into force on 9 April, 1998.

Abstract

The amendments to provisions of the principal Act concern permits for the importation of fish other than fish or shellfish that exists in natural conditions in Finland. The permit shall be released by the competent ministry. Release of fish that does not already exist in water areas requires also a permit.
