Abstract The Act amends certain articles with regard to the installation of electric plants and the exemption from specific restrictions of license-free facilities thereof. License terms of trade may be granted by the Minister of Energy if a project is economically profitable and may be involve the use of foreign material. Cross-border electricity trade regulations shall be implemented in accordance to EEA directives on appeals. The purpose of these amendments is to ensure that the Ministry may issue further provisions concerning such arbitration.
