Abstract This Act amends the Animal Nutrition Act by establishing that entrepreneurs who intend to place on the market animal feedingstuffs produced or stored by other entrepreneurs, must inform the competent regional veterinarian. The Act defines the information to be submitted in the application. Entrepreneurs are obliged to keep the list of animal feedstuffs destined to the market.
