Abstract This Act amends some provisions of the Air Protection Act concerning obligations of individuals and legal persons in these matters, allowed levels of air pollution and emission limits, air pollution situation, detection of hazardous substances, registering sources of pollution, air quality assessment, authorization of organs dealing with air protection, fees for polluting atmosphere, recovering used controlled substances and sanctions. The Act is composed of three Sections: (1) Amendments to the Air Protection Act; (2) Temporary provisions; (3) Entry into force.
