The Act enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Act, which is composed of 30 points, lays down some amendmnets to the Act on the protection of plant variety rights. It establishes: rights and obligations concerning varieties of plants covered by the Act; tasks and competences of executive organs dealing with the protection of rights on plant varieties; provisions on the recognition of protection rights; penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
