Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on the first day of the second calendar month after the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Act amends 55 points of the Act on the protection of nature and the landscape. In particular, the Act establishes provisions concerning: reporting on specially protected areas (art. 40 of the amended Act); exceptions from the prohibition relating to specially protected areas (art. 43); protection of sites of European importance (art. 45c); exceptions from prohibition relating to monumental trees and specially protected species of flora and fauna (art. 56); competences of municipal authorities relating to specially protected areas (art. 77); competences of the authority of environmental protection on the military territory (art. 78a); competences of the Ministry of Environment relating to the protection of nature and the landscape (art. 79); special professional qualifications required for activities related to the protection of nature and the landscape (art. 79a).
