Abstract This Act amends 55 points of the Act on the protection of nature and the landscape. In particular, the Act establishes provisions concerning: reporting on specially protected areas (art. 40 of the amended Act); exceptions from the prohibition relating to specially protected areas (art. 43); protection of sites of European importance (art. 45c); exceptions from prohibition relating to monumental trees and specially protected species of flora and fauna (art. 56); competences of municipal authorities relating to specially protected areas (art. 77); competences of the authority of environmental protection on the military territory (art. 78a); competences of the Ministry of Environment relating to the protection of nature and the landscape (art. 79); special professional qualifications required for activities related to the protection of nature and the landscape (art. 79a).
