This Act enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Act amends three points of the Act on the marketing of seeds and seedlings and amending some other acts. In particular, the Act establishes the generic index of vegetable species not used for ornamental purposes, originally specified in Annex 1 part 4 of the amended Act.
