Abstract This Decree lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on plant protection. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning the application for marketing of plant protection products (art. 32 of the amended Act), the authorization procedure (art. 33, 34 and 35), assessment of the impact on human health (art. 36), approval of an active substance, safener, synergist and formulation additives (art. 36a), the procedure of authorization for tests and experiments with drugs or other means (art. 45), protecting bees, birds, aquatic organisms and other non-target organisms during the use of plant (art. 51), and establishes administrative offences (Section 7).
