Abstract This Act amends five points of the Act on access to information on environmental issues. In particular, the Act establishes provisions concerning: functioning of geoportal which is an information system of public administration (art. 11a of the amended Decree); rules of the access to information (art. 11b); conditions of access to spatial data (art. 11c); restricted and denied access to spatial data (art. 11d); competences of the Ministry of Environment relating to the access to information on environmental issues (art. 11e).
