Abstract Art. 1 of this Act amends 15 points of the Nature Conservation Act and lays down provisions concerning national parks. In particular, the present Act specifies tasks of national parks which are: (1) preservation of ecosystem in national parks; (2) sharing of the national park as specified in the protection plan; (3) activities relating to environmental education. National parks may also deal with economic activities. Art. 2 amends the Forest Act. The Annex contains the list of Polish national parks.
