Abstract

This Act partly amends the following: provisions related to the auction system as a result of the Government’s competition policy proposal and evaluation of the Mineral Resources Act; amendments resulting from the transfer of Coastal Protection Act to the Ministry of Environment and clarifying the implementation of the Marine Strategy Framework Directives.
