Abstract This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Hunting Act. In particular the present Act amends provisions concerning functioning of the assembly of hunting land owners (amended art. 5) and establishes requirements for the use of hunting area with more than two third of hunting land owned by the state (supplemented art. 13a) and details on specific use of hunting grounds (supplemented art. 13b). In order to preserve the quality of the gene pool of some animal species, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development may decide on the specific use of hunting land.
