Abstract The Act, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, prohibits activities involving the use of nuclear materials or nuclear technologies to construct nuclear weapons or nuclear explosives. The President of the National Atomic Energy Agency coordinates commitments of the Republic of Poland concerning protection and control of nuclear materials and nuclear technologies.
