Abstract This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on waste. In particular, the present Act defines the purpose of waste managements (orginally specified in art. 3), establishes the Plans Issued by State Administration Bodies in Waste Management (art. 5) and the Program of waste management (art. 6b) and amends provisions concerning management of municipal waste (art. 39).
