Abstract This Act amends 66 points of the Act on plant protection. The Act lays down provisions concerning: application for registration of plant protection preparations or other preparations (art. 11 of the amended Decree); submission of data and information which may be required by the inspection institute during validation of the registration (art. 11a); review the registration of plant protection preparations and other preparations. (art. 11b); cancellation and amendment of the decision on registration and the repackaging of plant protection preparations and other preparations, and the authorization for marketing and usage of concurrent preparations (art. 14); general conditions of marketing (art. 18); application of plant protection preparations or other preparations (art. 18a); Registration of plant protection preparations and other preparations (art. 21).
