Abstract

This Act establishes provisions concerning protection and reproduction of gene pool of forest trees. The protection and reproduction of genetic resources of forest trees is provided within the National Programme. Each participant of the National Programme is required: (a) to protect and reproduce the genetic resources of forest trees in situ and ex situ in all their parts and developmental stages; (b) to ensure the preservation of samples of genetic resources of forest trees in appropriate condi
