Abstract

The Act partly amends the Act on Animal keeping - in particular the authorization of establishing a Veterinary Fund and the delegation of power competencies for identifying documents related to animals. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries establishes a Veterinary Fund responsible for the monitoring and control of animal diseases and zoonosis, administrative and legal issues – with the EU co-financing.
