Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 35 sections divided into five Parts and completed by 21 Schedules, establishes the continuation of community justice groups—Act, s 18(1) specifying that: Each community justice group named in a relevant schedule is continued for the community area stated for the justice group; Community area for part 5, division 2 of the Act—Act, s 4, def community area; The main purposes of part 4 are to provide: for the continuation of particular matters previously dealt with under the repealed regulation; and convenient access to the relevant transitional provisions; etc. The Regulation is divided as follows: Community justice groups (Part 2); Community areas (Part 3); Transitional provisions from repealed regulation (Part 4); Repeal and transitional provisions (Part 5).
