These Bylaws enter into force 28 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Bylaws, made by the Minister of Conservation, prohibit a number of activities within the Abel Tasman National Park including: polluting the waters or land of the park; using motorized vehicles in the park; camping; and lighting fires. Penalties are provided for in the text.
