Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day following its promulgation.
Abstract

This Decree regards the granting of direct support, basic income support promoting sustainability, additional income support that promotes sustainability and can be provided through reallocation, supplementary income support for young agricultural producers, income support dependent on production, as well as income support provided within the framework of the agro-ecological program, other organization related to agriculture: the organization with legal personality, established for the purpose of non-economic profit-making, whose founding document includes agricultural activity, the dissemination of knowledge related to agriculture, or scientific activity related to agriculture. The agricultural producer who qualifies as an active agricultural producer is entitled to direct support.
