Abstract

The Chemical Review Committee,

Recalling Article 5 of the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade,

1. Concludes that the notification of final regulatory action for diazinon submitted by the European Union meets the criteria set out in Annex II to the Convention;
