Reference is made to the judgment of the International Court of Justice of 20 February 1969 in the North Sea Continental Shelf Case between the Kingdom of Denmark and the Kingdom of Netherlands, of the one part, and the Federal Republic of Germany, of the other part. An arbitration clause is included.
